Tie Rod End

Is the junction piece that keeps the wheels rotating around vertical axis per passing the movement generated from the steering to the wheels of the vehicle. It has to be in the oscillating expander which will provide the maximum rotation of the wheels.

Axial Joint

Is the junction piece that keeps the wheels rotating around vertical axis per passing the movement generated from the steering to the tie rod end of the vehicle. It has to be in the oscillating expander which will provide the maximum rotation of the wheels.

Ball Joint

Carries the axial forces that come to the wheels and during the rotation of the wheels acts as a pin to the steering link.It receives the movement from the tie rod and transmits it, in accordance with the requests of the steering system, to the steering joint.

Track Control Arm

Next to being an essential component of the suspension system the track control arms also form a whole in the front suspension system together with the axiel carrier, steering components, radius arm, spring and shock absorbers. Along with keeping the wheels in the right position the track control arms also limt the movement of the wheels against external forces but allow the wheels to make upwards and downwards motions.

Link Bar

Is the junction piece that transmits the movement that occures between the Wheel stabilizer and the radius arm. The z rod that directly affects the driving, safety and comfort, is being produced with special manufactured machines for process structure

Wishbone Bush

Is the junction piece that affects the front kit working performance, used in connceting the front and rear suspension parts to the engine frame that also acts as a vibration damper. The adhesion and strenght analysis is being repeated in each production to maintain this performance in the highest level.
